Polyclonal Ab produced by immunizing with a phosphopeptide corresponding to human S6 ribosomal protein and affinity purified.
How used:
Western blotting, immunohistochemistry on frozen formaldehyde fixed pancreas of mouse and rat. WB done at 1:20,000 dilution using 2.5% albumin as blocker and ECL as detection reagent. Immunoflourescence carried out at 1:50 or 1:100 dilution.
